Here's Another Reason To Love Olbermann

This Olbermann "Special Comment" made by Keith Olbermann on Nov. 10 is another reason I love Keith Olbermann. Here is the link to it: Olbermann Special Comment on Prop. 8. Just read it or go to the video link and listen to it. Even if you are not gay you will really feel his emotion, a straight man just questioning why the religious right feels a need to squelch gay marriage. It made me tear up. The Election, The Election Fiasco, A Few of My Favorite Things and More!

Hey folks, well its been a while since I last posted. Gay history month is now over as well as the election. Obviously anyone who knows me well or even a little knows that I helped work on the Obama campaign so obviously things were truly in my favor on Election Day 2008. However my county's Election Board and their job getting things done, like getting voters to the machines to vote on Election Day in a reasonable amount of time, was sorely lacking. I personally waited nearly 5 hours to vote and some people were unable to vote at all because they were unable to wait for the extended amount of time. These Election Day fiascoes in my county led to my activism in this area. Anyways enough on that for now.
On now to a couple of my favorite Political Pundits. I have always enjoyed watching Keith Olbermann and most recently have started watching Rachel Maddow. These two are smart, funny, witty and very in tune with my personal politics. Here are a few links to their sites and sites about them. Be warned though, that if you are conservative and/or Republican you probably won't enjoy them or understand them but then that's a shame for you.
